Brief Description: Ground buildup of a Quick Quack carwash. Complete site demolition. Complete wet  utilities (all water, storm drain, and sewer per city standards). Installation of Jensen Tank systems. All  grading for building pad, foundation and fine grading for paving area. Over excavation of site and pad per  souls report. Clear and grub, scarify, prep, place, compact sub grade. Supply, place and compact class 2  aggregate base for all site concrete and asphalt. Rough grade site to allow other trades to perform their  work and finish grade at landscaping areas. Concrete for light pole bases, vacuum and pay station piers.  Concrete footings for the site wall, menu boar, clearance bar and canopy. All building concrete, install  evaporation reducer/hardeners, vapor barrier and crush rock. Install pluming lines for reclaim tanks.
